If an account gets closed because of a violation of these Terms, TOP646 may keep the remaining balance on hold while the matter is being reviewed. If the account is closed for a reason that is not a violation—like when a player voluntarily closes the account—any balance that has been verified will be sent back to the registered mobile wallet on file.
